Medical & Pharmacy
Cigna will be the medical carrier this plan year!
PPO and HDHP - Broad & National Network: Open Access Plus (OAP)
For the HMO plan: Cigna One Health Network
Maintain Triple Plan Option Offerings
Enhancements made to the coinsurance!
No Cost Increase! Depending on your plan and tier election, the costs have remained the SAME or DECREASED!
Important
As part of the transition to Cigna, the prescription drug requirements will change.
To view the formulary visit the DRUG LIST and select 'Value' from the drop down list.
Please note:

Existing prior authorizations will not transfer to Cigna

If your medication requires prior authorization, your doctor will need to submit a new request to Cigna

Please contact your doctor as soon as possible
We encourage you to refill any maintenance medications before August 31 to help avoid any interruption in your medication while a new prior authorization is being processed.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
Health Equity will continue to be the HSA administrator this plan year!
Orsini will contribute $500 annually into your HSA!
You can use the funds in your HSA to pay for eligible medical, dental, & vision expenses!
You must be enrolled in the $3,500 HDHP medical plan in order to enroll in the HSA.
Dental
Sun Life will be the dental carrier this plan year!

Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
Orsini provides this coverage to full-time benefit eligible employees, at no cost to you! Orsini pays for 100% of this coverage.
This valuable benefit helps provide financial protection for you and your loved ones. Be sure to review your coverage amount and verify that your beneficiary information is up to date in ADP.
